    Our engineering team has built and submitted an iOS build to Apple, with a request for expedited review. The build is currently in Apple’s verification.

    Once approved by Apple and released:

    • Version to look for: Version 1.336 (to be confirmed).

    • App Store rollout time: New releases do not appear for everyone simultaneously. Apple propagates updates gradually across App Store
      servers, meaning it may take some time before the update becomes visible on every device.

    We will publish another update here the moment the build receives Apple approval.

    We identified an isolated compatibility issue that causes the app to close immediately upon opening for users on specific recent iOS versions. To prevent further impact, we have temporarily paused downloads on the App Store while we prepare a replacement build.

    • If your app is working normally: No action is needed; your version is unaffected.

    • If you are experiencing the crash: Please do not delete or reinstall the app. It cannot be re-downloaded while paused in the App Store, and reinstalling will not resolve the issue.

    • Alternative access: The web application and Android app remain fully operational.

    Our engineering team is actively building a release to submit for expedited review with Apple. We will provide our next update as soon as the new build is submitted.
