    iOS app running slowly
    We’ve found the cause of the slowness in the iOS app, and a fix has been built. It’s now with Apple for review, and we’ve asked them to speed this up so the update reaches you as quickly as possible.

    Once version 1.335 appears in the App Store, please update the Commusoft app on your iPhone or iPad and it should run normally again. We’ll post here as soon as it’s available. Android phones and the web app are not affected.

    Some iPhone and iPad users are finding the Commusoft app slow. We’re working on a fix. Android phones and the web app are not affected.

    To speed it up try:

    1. In the app, tap your profile picture at the top of the home screen

    2. Tap Diagnostics

    3. Tap the brush icon at the top of the screen
